What data we process

Only the data you give us when you contact us or request an appointment: name, phone number, email, the requested date and time, the description of your tattoo or piercing idea and, if you send them, reference photos or photos of the body area.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and prepare a quote.
• To manage your appointment and, where applicable, the deposit.
• To meet the studio's legal and health obligations.

We do not use your data to send you advertising and we never sell it.

Legal basis

Your consent when you contact us, and the management of the appointment or service you request. Some data is kept because the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request or appointment and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. After that, it is deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not share it with third parties unless required by law. Appointment requests sent through the website are handled by Netlify, the website host, and reach our Gmail inbox (Google). If you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or Google, those services also process your data under their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or move it to another service by writing to noirgarden.tattoo@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use its own cookies. Fonts and images are loaded from the website itself.

If you accept them, we use cookies from Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads and Google Analytics, managed with Google Tag Manager) to count visits statistically and to know whether an ad leads to a consultation, a WhatsApp message or a call. They are not used to show you personalised advertising.
